Order fulfillment

A standard process of our translation service order fulfillment, including DTP, consists of the following stages:

• 1. Order receipt
• 2. Material check
• 3. Confirmation of order receipt to the client
• 4. Translation
• 5. Reviewing – checking a translated text against its original
  (I level of quality control)
• 6. Proofreading – checking the style of a translated text
  (II level of quality control)
• 7. Final check prior to delivery
• 8. Delivery of translation to the Client
• 9. Reviewing by the Client
• 10. Introduction of changes arising out of the Client’s preferences
• 11. DTP
• 12. Final check prior to delivery
• 13. Delivery of DTP output to the Client
• 14. Reviewing by the Client
• 15. Introduction of changes arising out of the Client’s preferences
• 16. Delivery of a final version to the Client
